Sales Associate (Retail & Events)
Weโre seeking sales professionals with strong customer service experience and product knowledge in trading cards or collectibles. This role requires confidence, accuracy, and reliability. Retail or sales experience (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of TCGs and collectibles (Pokรฉmon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Sports Cards)
ย Event Coordinator
This role is for someone who has hands-on experience planning and operating live events. Youโll help lead logistics for trade nights, conventions, celebrity signings, seasonal experiences and brand activations. Strong organizational and multitasking ability Experience with timelines, run-of-show, and event production
Tournament Organizer (TCG & Gaming)
Weโre looking for someone who understands competitive formats and can run structured, professional tournaments. Youโll manage event flow and build local and regional tournament communities. Experience running or competing in TCG or esports tournaments Familiarity with tournament software (Challonge, Limitless, Smash.gg, etc.) Strong understanding of rules/judging for at least one major game Clear and confident communication with players Ability to manage brackets, disputes, and fairness
